Refreshments: 10:30am

Seminar: 11:00am

Ross Fitzgerald is Professor and Personal Chair of Molecular Bacteriology at the Roslin Institute (University of Edinburgh).

This talk will be about Staphylococcus aureus and its adaptation to the dairy niche including enhanced growth and biofilm formation in milk.

The format for this series will be accessible for PhD students and is designed to stay broad enough that researchers from other disciplines interested in biofilms will be able to contribute to the discussion.
