The University of Dundee is in collaboration with Cait MacPhee at the University of Edinburgh The Univeristy of Dundee's research interests are centred on using molecular biology and biochemistry to understand how bacterial build multicellular communities called biofilms. In particular they are interested in the way the molecules in the biofilm matrix provide support and protection to biofilms formed by the Gram-positive bacterium Bacillus subtilis. They work closely with Prof Cait MacPhee at the University of Edinburgh. Find out more about Prof Nicola Stanley-Wall Find out more about Cait MacPhee This article was published on 2023-11-09
